COMES NOW THE DEFENDANT:

1) My MOTION TO DISMISS, earlier presented before this Court, is hereby emended as follows: the word "stepfather" replaces each of the two occurrences of the word "father", when referring to the main antagonist, MR. LYNN GOTTFREDSON. Reason: Lynn Gottfredson is no blood relation to LUCINDA A. SAVIO, whom he threatened; and he is no blood relation to the two minor children, whom he abducted. Monetary gain and child molestation were Mr. Gottfredson's sole motives.


2) I'm lucky to have gotten out of Utah alive, after being battered and brutalized to within an inch of my life. Police records will bear that out.


3) WHEREFORE Defendant renews his entreaty that all process stemming from the above captioned action be nullified and vacated. Time limitations do not apply because my original MOTION was timely filed, and was tabled by then Judge Homer Wilkinson.

My demands to LDS are not unreasonable. I resent people who believe in the supernatural: fearful abominable people who would instantly surrender their allegiance to just any dark force. Your sin is professing that there will someday be a Second Coming and that LDS will receive a great big "attaboy". That's pure lunacy! There will be NO Second Coming, and I want LDS to signify their concession to that by changing the word Saint to the word Sinner on the edifices of all their churches worldwide.
